If you want to return or exchange an item you purchased? You can do it easily. The return of the product will be possible when the product is in good condition, unused and returned in its original packaging. Within 14 days for items purchased at full price. 7 days for items
purchased at an end-of-season price from the day the shipment arrives to you.

Items can be exchanged/returned at any of the chain's branches free of charge or prior coordination upon presentation of a purchase invoice only.
It will be clarified that it is not possible to receive a refund / credit voucher at the branches. - A refund will be given to the means of payment with which it was made
