These days we will make an effort to provide you with a service experience starting from the purchase stage on the website until receiving the package
All orders are delivered with the delivery companies "Tafoz" or "Cargo". When placing an order please make sure the billing address and shipping address are correct. When your orders are complete, we will send you an order confirmation by email
Delivery times are an estimate and start from the day of shipment. If you have any questions regarding deliveries please contact us
The shipment will arrive within 3-5 business days from the moment the transaction is approved by the credit company (a business day ends at 15:00 Israel time), with the exception of remote destinations where arrival times are up to 5-7 business days
As soon as the package goes out to you, you will receive an SMS update from the courier company
During periods of special promotions on the site, holidays and special events, there may be delays in the delivery of shipments
List of settlements/remote areas: Eilat and the Arabah and settlements beyond the green line
?If you want to return or exchange an item you purchased
The return of the product will be possible when the product is in good condition, has not been used and returned in its original packaging
The return / exchange with a courier for an additional fee
You can do this easily, within 14 days for items purchased at full price and 7 days for items purchased at end-of-season prices, from the day the shipment arrives at you

:Through a courier who will come to collect the items from your home
Return order - NIS 25
Replacement order - NIS 35
Items can be exchanged/returned at any of the chain's branches free of charge, or by prior arrangement upon presentation of a purchase invoice
It will be clarified that it is not possible to receive a refund / credit voucher at the branches
A refund will be given to the payment method with which the purchase was made, within 14 business days from the day the package was received by the customer service
At the end of the treatment, a message will be sent to the email with the cancellation details

You can see the status of your order through your account on our website. (Please register before placing an order), under: "My Account"> "My Orders". You will also receive an email notification with the update status as soon as it changes
