SACK'S (sacksfashion.com) offers worldwide shipping. Shipping options and estimated shipping times may be subject to changes according to the customer's address as filled in on the order form.

On the order form, the customer will be displayed several shipping options, shipping costs and estimated shipping time which adjust according to the destination.

Most items are dispatched from our warehouses within 2 working days. Delivery time varies depending on your chosen shipping option. Orders placed Thursday - Saturday will ship out Sunday. Although SACK'S does every effort to dispatch your order within the estimated shipping time, shipping dates may be updated. Due to possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date. Please note that SACK'S will not charge your card until your order is fully processed. We will hold the order sum on your card, but will not fully charge the payment until your order is complete and shipped out from our wholesale.

 

 EUROPE (CEE) SHIPPING:

We ship via express shipping. 
Our shipping options include low shipping costs and free shipping on any orders.

Your signature will be necessary and we recommend you fill in your workplace address, if possible.

SACK'S shipping on a DDP method (in Europe only) and it's mean that SACK'S paying all charges including the shipping cost, taxes, local duties and sometimes (depend on the country it delivering for) import/ export charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

After placing an order, you will be able to view the status of your order via your account at our website (please sign up before placing an order), under: "My account"> "My orders".

You will also get an e-mail with the update status as soon as it's changed.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES:

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable in your country / or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; SACK'S has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; SACK'S recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

We offer returns on all FULL PRICED PRODUCTS if you notify us within 5 days of receiving your purchase. 
If you like to return your purchase please email us at info@sacksfashion.com stating the reason for returning the items, no longer than 5 business days from receiving your order. 
All returns must be processed via DHL only. DHL representative will contact you in order to assert a date and time to pick up the package at your convenience.
You will be sent a Returns Form and instructions on returning the product. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return your product in its original condition. We cannot process your return until we receive your goods. 
When returning your product, please include your completed Return Form. If you do not include this paperwork, your processing time could be delayed. 

All returns for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via DHL only. 
In the event that the goods purchased are faulty, wrong item/ size/color, shipping cost will be provided by sacksfashion.com. This will be determined upon the return of the item. 
If a manufacturing fault occurs under normal use (not including general wear and tear) please contact us at info@sacksfashion.com with a copy of your order and a detailed description. 

We only accept items purchased through sacksfashion.com. If you have purchased your item from a store please contact the store of purchase for further assistance.

 

TERMS FOR EXCHANGE OF ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE:

SACK'S will only accept items in their original package, with their original tags within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Clothing items must have not been used at all and must bear the label attached to them. 

Shoes must be in their original shoe box. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.

Jewelry, perfume, lifestyle products, and cosmetics must be in their original, unopened package. According to law, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. 
We cannot allow return/exchange of an item that was used or whose package was opened. Items purchased on sale, are not returnable. Please contact us with any question by email to info@sacksfashion.com.
