Note, our international processing service cannot accept cards issued by local banks who do not carry one of the logos below, in which case please consider PayPal as an alternative.

Do you keep payment information in your data base?

No. We do not keep any of the payment information in our systems.
Cards are processed and charged by our international processing service, ZOOZ, PCI compliant approved and certified.

When is the charge executed for an order placed on the site?

Sack's will not execute the charge on your card until your order is fully processed. We will hold the order sum on your card, but will not fully charge the payment until your order is complete and shipped out from our wholesale to your destination.
Note that completion of the order process is dependent on approval from the credit card company, regarding your credit status.


Are Online prices identical to the price in the stores?

Yes. Prices on our website and in all of Sack's stores are identical.


What is a coupon code?

Coupon code is a random number, which will be sent to Sack's customers/members as a discount benefit for online orders at sacksfashion.com website. In case you received a coupon code, you can type it in the coupon area, and receive the special discount in return.


I'm so excited to receive my new items! How do I check the order status?

You are able to check your order status at any moment by going to "My account" and clicking on "My Orders".

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will be emailed tracking information so that you can follow up on the progress of your order. Simply use the tracking number on our website.

Please allow 48 hours from placing your order, before trying to track it, and 5 business days before querying about your order with customer service representatives at sacksfashion.com.


I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed.
However, we can cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can, then, place a new order for the correct product.


Will it be possible pick up online orders directly from the store?

No. Orders placed at our website will be shipped to you according to the shipping method you choose on your order form.


Can you promise there will be no customs or duties when the package arrives?

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to.
You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; Sack's has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country; Sack's recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.


Based on past experience, what price range of an order will lessen the chance to be taxed?

Customs policies vary by country. While in some countries packages with a higher value are more likely to incur fees, we are not able to confirm at what value.
If you have questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.


What can Sack's do if the package is lost?

Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service.


What do I need to include with my return?

Once notifying us that you wish to return your order, you will be sent a Returns Form and instructions on returning the product. We kindly ask that you include this form inside the return package along with the item(s) you're returning (unworn, with original tags). for further details please see our return policy.


What is "My Favorites List"?

The "Favorites List" allows you to mark specific items you like, and want to buy in the future. You can always add them to your cart and place an order.


Do I have to create an account to be able to place an order?

If this is your first order, you may register by filling in a short and fast registration form.
If you do not wish to create an account, you can choose the "continue as a guest" option, and complete your order without registering.
In case you created an account all you need to do is fill in your email address and password.


What is "My Account"?

Immediately after your registration to sacksfashion.com, "My Account" area is created where you can track your orders, view your order history, update your settings and view your "Favorites List".

I did not receive any approval regarding my order, what should I do?


In case 48 hours from the time you placed your order have passed, please contact our customer service.


My order was canceled, why?

Your order may be canceled if one of the following took place:
1. After your order was placed, the item was out of stock.
2. Your billing information or some of your personal details are not valid.
In these cases customer service will contact you for further details.
You can always contact our customer service for verifications regarding your order.


How will I know that my order was completed successfully?

When completing the order procedure, you will be transferred to a special page where you will view the order approval and number.
An automatic approved confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 48 hours from the time your order was placed.
If your order is valid you will receive your order approval and delivery number by Email.
